Welcome to Glacier Lake Haus!

Looking for a cozy cabin with direct lake access? Glacier Lake Haus could be your spot! Whether you are looking for an alternative to the traditional Dells experience or a rustic/quiet getaway in Central Wisconsin. Get the best of both worlds while staying at Glacier Lake Haus!

Our family cabin is centrally located in Wisconsin: 

  • 25 minute drive to the Wisconsin Dells 
  • 3.5 hours from Minneapolis
  • 3 hours from Chicago
  • 2 hours from Milwaukee 
  • 1 hour from Madison! 

There are things to do year-round while staying at Glacier Lake Haus including; fishing (traditional + ice), swimming, kayaking, canoeing, tubing, hunting, or snowmobiling.

Glacier Lake Haus is a cozy, family-friendly retreat. If you are looking for a party house, this is not the place. We are nestled in a quiet community and we wish to respect the neighbors as best as possible. 

Absolutely no smoking in house. This includes the screened in-porch. 

In regards to pets - no cats allowed. Sorry, we have allergies in the family. Please reach out directly to us in regards to pets prior to booking. Well-behaved dogs are okay with a limit of just one dog per stay.

  • There are beach towels onsite, but you may want to bring some of your own as well
  • Fiber Internet Service for streaming and "work-from-cabin" possibilities
  • Reverse Osmosis for crystal clear water
  • 2 stream-ready televisions for movie night
  • 2 kayaks and a canoe and paddle boat for lake fun (lake has bass, northern and crappies for the anglers)
  • Fire pit for down time hangs
  • Only 25 minutes from Wisconsin Dells! Enjoy the Dells while staying in nature
